Membership Application
Become a member of AACVPR today by completing the application online -OR- Download an application to complete and return it to the AACVPR National Headquarters via fax or mail End Page Content If you are a RENEWING AACVPR member, please log-in to the member's only section of the Web site and click "Pay My Dues" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you were a member previously and are having difficultly paying your dues online, please do not hesitate to contact the AACVPR National Office at, 312.321.5146.PLEASE NOTE: Membership in AACVPR is effective July 1 through June 30. Membership is not pro-rated; however, members joining after April 1 will be deferred until July 1. Membership dues are neither non-refundable nor deductible as a charitable contribution. Membership dues may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor for information.
